Arsenal signs Jesus from Man City
Arsenal have completed the signing of the Brazilian striker gabriel jesus on a long-term deal from Premier League champions Man City.
The fee for the 25-year-old is understood to be £45m and he is moving to the Emirates after undergoing a medical and agreeing personal terms. Jesus will wear the number 9 shirt recently vacated by Alexandre Lacazette, who left for Lyon for free.
Man Utd close to negotiating with Lisandro Martínez with Ajax
Manchester United is close to reaching an agreement with Ajax for the defender Lisandro Martinez.
Sky sports news he understands that the structure of the payments in the deal is being discussed, as the defender wants to join Erik Ten Hag’s team this summer.
United have previously stated that they will not overpay for the Ajax player. Sky sports news revealed earlier this month that Martinez had informed Dutch club Ajax of his desire to move to the Premier League.
Arsenal were also interested in the Argentine international and although the Gunners’ style of play, coupled with the possibility of playing for Mikel Arteta, attracted Martinez, he appears to have selected Old Trafford.
Arsenal confirm the signing of Turner
The Gunners have officially announced the signing of the goalkeeper Matt Turner on a long-term contract from MLS club New England Revolution.
The 28-year-old USA international made 102 appearances for his former team.
Arsenal announce deal with Vieira for £34m
Arsenal have completed the chant of the Porto midfielder fabio vieira.
Porto confirmed the deal to sell Vieira earlier this week for £34m, including add-ons.
The 22-year-old Portuguese is the Gunners’ third summer arrival, following goalkeeper Matt Turner and Brazilian striker Marquinhos. Arsenal will pay £30m upfront plus £4m in performance-related add-ons.
